When we were booked into the Borinquen Resort by a travel agent because our main destination on the Pacific Coast was sold out, we expected to be disappointed and eager to leave. We couldn't have been more wrong -- at the end of three days and two nights there, we were trying to figure out when we could come back and stay for an entire week.
